How you'll contribute A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role: Assist with patient intakes, case management, and discharging patients. Prioritizes and organizes delivery of nursing care or patients with advanced wounds, learn the Hyperbaric Chamber, and assist with the healing process. Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care treatment. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family. Documents patient care given. Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs. A minimum of 1 year Acute Care Experience, Wound Care Current RN license in the state of practice BCLS required.
