REGISTERED NURSE
Young Naturopathic Center For Wellness is a leading functional medicine clinic that provides personalized, patient-centered care. The clinic focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of illness to empower patients to achieve optimal health and well-being. Our facility uses therapies such as hormone replacement (using pellets as well as prescriptions), IV therapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy, laser therapy (mostly for hair restoration at this time) and several regenerative therapies and procedures.
Our clinic employees 3 Naturopathic Doctors, as well as 10-12 other support staff as well as a contracted collaborative Medical Doctor acting as Medical Director.

Job Summary:
A highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse is needed to join the team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about holistic health. This role focuses on driving the success of our IV therapy, hormone pellet and specialized treatment programs while enhancing client relationships. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing patient care, clinical guidance and oversight to our IV clinic team.
- Spearheading the launch and implementation of our hair restoration and laser program.
- Managing and expanding our existing portfolio of GLP weight loss clients.
- Facilitating the integration of our services into a comprehensive, holistic patient care approach with our doctors.
- Administer and manage functional medicine protocols. These may include IV vitamin infusions, hormone replacement therapy, and other procedures, while adhering to protocols and ensuring patient safety.
- Training will be available for Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
- Conduct or supervise lab draws, process specimens, and communicate with the team to coordinate follow up care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in electronic health records systems.
- Provide patient support, including educating patients on treatment protocols and answering questions.
- Assist with the care of patients on peptide therapies such as GLP medicine.
- Collaborate with the functional medicine practitioner to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. These plans may include dietary recommendations, lifestyle modifications, IV therapy, regenerative care and targeted hormone replacement therapy.
- Provide patient support, including educating patients on treatment protocols and answering questions.
- May perform and monitor therapies such as Laser Therapy, Neurofeedback, or others as trained and deemed appropriate by the clinic
- Assist in or managing the scheduling and coordinating patient appointments, tests, and therapies.
- Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and collaborate to ensure optimal patient care.

- Stay current with advancements in functional medicine and participate in continuing education opportunities.
- Aid in the onboarding of all new services that the clinic on boards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Certified as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Knowledge:
- General knowledge in holistic and functional medicine principles and practices.
- Knowledge of lifestyle and nutrition changes, as well as supplement therapies.
- Understanding or interest in various medical models and treatment types, including conventional and integrative approaches.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex information to patients.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to foster trust and rapport with patients and other staff.
- Empathy and patience in supporting patients through their health journey.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing patient records and treatment plans.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using electronic medical records systems and other relevant software applications.
- Willingness to learn new medical modalities and technologies.
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid RN license in California
