Shifts : 2 RN shifts (including nights) + 2 flexible weekdays as Quality Coordinator (7.5 hours per day).

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This hybrid position includes:

  • Registered Nurse Responsibilities (Monday to Wednesday - including nights):
  • Deliver and oversee high-quality, person-centred clinical care.
  • Provide guidance and leadership within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Participate in clinical risk management and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Quality and Training Coordinator Responsibilities (3 x 7.5-hour shifts on flexible weekdays, not including weekends):
  • Lead and monitor quality audits and compliance.
  • Coordinate and support staff training, including mandatory requirements.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement best-practice care initiatives.
  • Drive change management processes to improve resident outcomes and team culture.

Note: Quality Coordinator hours can be completed flexibly across any weekday (excluding weekends).
