Description

We are currently seeking Registered Nurse to join our acute care unit. The Registered Nurse will work in harmony with other members of the interdisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care, honor the tenets of Plantree as well as the core values and the mission of SBH. Qualifications The ideal candidate must have: * BSN degree * Current New York State license to practice as a Registered Nurse. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an acute care setting. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Compassionate with sound judgment and problem-solving skills. * Oversees quality assurance activities and compliance to operational standards. * Participates in program development and in development and implementation of operating policy and procedure.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse provides patient-centered care within an acute care unit as part of an interdisciplinary team. They are also responsible for overseeing quality assurance, compliance, and the development of operating policies and procedures.
