Responsibilities include: * Providing direct patient care and nursing assessments * Educating patients and families regarding procedures and recovery * Coordinating care across departments and providers * Monitoring patient conditions and responding appropriately * Maintaining accurate documentation in the electronic medical record * Supporting quality improvement initiatives * Serving as a mentor, preceptor, and collaborative team member when needed QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION * Graduate of an accredited school of nursing LICENSURE * Current Idaho Registered Nurse (RN) License PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS * ACLS * PALS * TNCC * NRP * CCRN, CMC, or PCCN certifications are a plus EXPERIENCE * Minimum of one year of RN experience preferred * Previous surgical services, ICU, PACU, or progressive care experience preferred * Strong communication and critical thinking skills * Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and priorities * Experience working within electronic medical record systems * Commitment to teamwork and exceptional patient care If you're looking for a rewarding nursing career where your work truly makes a difference, we'd love to welcome you to the Bingham Healthcare family.
