In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, including performing assessments, administering medications, and implementing treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Primary Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for therapeutic effects and side effects. Document care provided accurately and timely in electronic health records. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes. Educate patients and family members on health conditions and treatment options. Maintain a safe and sterile environment while adhering to all health and safety regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) may be considered. Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred. Strong clinical skills with the ability to think critically and act swiftly. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Previous nursing experience is preferred but not required; new graduates are welcome to apply.
