SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our esteemed healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch patient care, conducting thorough assessments, and developing effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Your role will be crucial in ensuring patients receive appropriate treatments and have a clear understanding of their health conditions. As a Registered Nurse, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive healthcare services, educate patients and their families on health management, and uphold the highest standards of nursing practices. Primary Responsibilities: Assess patient health needs and develop individualized nursing care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while monitoring patient reactions. Document all patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records. Provide education and support to patients and families about health conditions and follow-up care. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure coordinated patient care. Follow safety protocols and maintain a hygienic environment for patient care. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred; an Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) may be accepted. Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus. Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to prioritize patient needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment. Prior nursing experience in a healthcare setting is encouraged but new graduates are welcome to apply.
