SearchPlus HR is on the lookout for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our outstanding healthcare team. In this essential role, you will provide high-level patient care by assessing needs, developing care plans, and implementing appropriate treatments. As a Registered Nurse, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment dedicated to patient well-being. Administer medications and provide treatments as directed by a healthcare provider. Maintain accurate patient records and document all nursing interventions. Educate patients and their families about health management and care practices. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control procedures. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred; an Associate's degree will be accepted. Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus. Exceptionally strong clinical assessment and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments. Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
