SearchPlus HR is looking for a dedicated and caring Registered Nurse to join our thriving healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in assessing patient health needs, developing effective care plans, and delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in a variety of settings. In this position, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to manage patient care, administer medications, and provide essential education on health maintenance and wellness strategies. Primary Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient health and document findings. Implement nursing care plans based on patient needs and collaborate with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols. Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-management techniques. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent qualification. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; ACLS certification preferred. Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
