SearchPlus HR is currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. In this important role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring a nurturing and safe environment for patient recovery. Your compassion and expertise are essential in assessing patient needs, formulating care plans, and implementing effective treatment strategies. You will play a key role in monitoring patient health, administering medications, and providing education to patients and their families regarding health management and preventive care. Essential Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and document findings accurately. Implement and manage individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams. Administer medications and treatment regimens and monitor the effectiveness and side effects. Educate patients and family members on health conditions, treatment options, and wellness strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulations. Follow established protocols and procedures to promote patient safety and quality care. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing degree. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment with a focus on teamwork. Previous clinical experience is preferred; new graduates are also welcome to apply.
