Your role will involve monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers. Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with healthcare policies. Document nursing care and patient progress accurately and comprehensively. Educate patients and their families about health management and care options. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing qualification. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply.
