This position involves collaborating with healthcare teams to assess patient needs, assist in the development and implementation of care plans, and provide ongoing education and support to patients and their families throughout the treatment process. Administer medications and perform treatments according to established guidelines. Monitor patients’ conditions and respond to changes in health status. Educate patients and families regarding health management and care plans. Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care. Document all patient care and interactions accurately and promptly. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent program. Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Prior experience in a nursing role is beneficial but not mandatory; new graduates are welcomed.
