As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, and implementing individualized nursing care plans. Administer prescribed treatments and manage medications as per protocols. Document patient care accurately in electronic health records. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans. Maintain a safe and hygienic environment in accordance with health regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; equivalent nursing experience accepted. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is desirable. Strong clinical and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment. Prior experience in a nursing role preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
