We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join private healthcare sector. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, assess patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and high-quality care. You will be a vital part of the patient care journey, contributing to improved health outcomes and patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical expertise, empathy, and excellent communication skills while adhering to established nursing protocols and standards. Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs. Develop and implement individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Document patient care activities in compliance with healthcare regulations. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care. Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent degree. Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred. Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in fast-paced healthcare environments. Previous nursing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
