We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. This role is perfect for a nurse who loves building relationships with clients and enjoys variety in their work.

You’ll play a key role in:

• Conducting clinical assessments and reviews for Home Care Package and NDIS clients.
• Supporting the development of care and support plans.
• Providing clinical advice and mentoring to our care team.
• Providing hands on clinical support to clients as needed (wound care, medication)
• Working collaboratively with GPs, allied health, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.
