Job Description 0.4 FTE (2 days per week), Max-Term parental leave position until January 2027 (with potential to extend) Based in East Ringwood on the lands of the Wurundjeri People (onsite role) $58.35 per hour + 12% Super + Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550 Support people to access safe, respectful care Join a dedicated primary care team of specialist GPs, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses and support staff delivering inclusive sexual and reproductive health services. This program focuses on improving access, reducing barriers to care, and supporting people to make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing. We offer sexual health, contraception options, cervical screening, period and menstrual health, menopause support, emergency contraception, termination services (including medical abortion), and HIV health support. Your role, your impact In this role, you’ll deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care, supporting clients to navigate services and achieve their health goals. Working as part of a skilled multidisciplinary team, your contribution will directly improve access to essential healthcare for a diverse community. Assess and triage client health needs and identify appropriate care pathways Deliver clinical care through comprehensive face-to-face and telehealth assessments Coordinate care by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic outcomes Support goal setting to empower clients in managing their health Facilitate referrals and connect clients to the right services at the right time Maintain accurate documentation and complete clinical reporting requirements Build stakeholder relationships to ensure continuity of care Contribute to service improvement through quality initiatives and data collection Participate in team collaboration including meetings and reflective practice Engage in professional development to maintain clinical excellence Who we’re looking for Experience in women’s health or sexual and reproductive health Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to develop and implement care plans Relevant nursing qualification (Bachelor of Applied Science (Nursing) or equivalent) Current AHPRA registration as a Division 1 Registered Nurse Demonstrated nursing experience at Grade 2 Year 4 level or above Nurse immuniser certification Commitment to inclusive care with the ability to provide culturally safe, client-centred support Effective communication skills and the ability to manage workload priorities Confidence working independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Experience using digital health systems and clinical software What’s in it for you At Each you’ll be supported to be your best.
