Registered Nurse – Aged Care 2 x Permanent Full Time Positions Based in the Northern suburbs Supporting our Home Care Package team and clients The opportunity Based at our Elizabeth site supporting our Home Care Package team and clients living in the Northern suburbs. This is a fantastic opportunity for three Registered Nurses with knowledge of Aged Care in the community setting who want to be part of the Silverchain Aged Care clinical team. Key responsibilities Using your clinical skills and aged care experience and knowledge, you will provide clinical assessments and care to our HCP clients. You will report to the Clinical Services Manager and be part of our Aged Care clinical team. About you To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following selection criteria: Current nursing registration with AHPRA with demonstrated clinical skills. Demonstrated understanding of aged, community and health care. Skills in the areas of clinical assessment, problem-solving and providing education to clients and their carers/families. Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with capacity to negotiate, problem solve and influence individuals and teams. Demonstrated analytical skills to identify risk and make recommendations for change. An empathetic and flexible approach to manage sensitive client and employee issues. Ability to work autonomously with a team focus to contribute to organisational objectives. A commitment to excellence in customer service to ensure the consistent provision of exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
