Job Title: Staff Nurse
Location: Medical Center – Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the Role:
Our medical center in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire a Staff Nurse who is passionate about patient care and committed to delivering high-quality clinical services. The nurse will be part of a professional healthcare team, ensuring smooth day-to-day medical operations and excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care and support to patients of all age groups
  • Prepare patients for medical procedures and assist doctors during consultations
  • Monitor patient conditions, record vital signs, and maintain clinical documentation
  • Administer medications, injections, and IV therapy as per physician’s orders
  • Educate patients on aftercare, treatment plans, and preventive health practices
  • Maintain cleanliness and adherence to infection control protocols
  • Contribute to teamwork and continuous improvement of healthcare services

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Valid DOH (HAAD) license or eligibility is mandatory
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing
  • Fresh graduates with eligibility may also apply
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility, empathy, and professionalism

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: AED 3,500 – 4,500 (depending on experience)
  • Other benefits as per UAE labor law
