Description We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, monitoring resident health, administering medications, and developing individualized care plans to support long-term patient needs. The RN plays a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of care while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations. All employees are required to successfully complete and pass state-specific background check requirements prior to working with residents/patients. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure safe and effective care delivery Accurately document care, observations, and resident status in accordance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and family members regarding care and treatment updates Complete all required nursing documentation, including: Assessments Physician orders Progress notes Flowsheets Consents Medication Management Administer medications safely and accurately, including post-admission doses Prepare, administer, and document medications as prescribed Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and adverse reactions Communicate any medication concerns or reactions promptly to the appropriate parties Maintain accurate narcotic records Coordinate ordering of medications and notify providers of automatic stop orders Complete physician order reviews as assigned Initiate enteral or parenteral therapies as ordered Clinical & Emergency Care Respond promptly to changes in resident condition Initiate and assist with emergency interventions as needed Perform and direct cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) when required Additional Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Follow the Nurse Practice Act and apply sound nursing judgment in all situations Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance for scheduled shifts Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Positive, professional, and compassionate attitude Why Join Us?
