About the opportunity The Special Care Nursery is a 15-bed Level 4 unit, providing exceptional family-focused care to for babies born from 32 weeks gestation. We are seeking a motivated, experienced neonatal nurse to join our friendly, supportive team for a 12 month maternity leave cover contract. To thrive in this role, you will have: Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Midwife A strong commitment to delivery of high quality family-centred care Highly developed interpersonal skills Recent experience caring for sick or premature neonates Post Graduate qualification in Special Care Nursery / Neonatal Intensive Care desirable You will also be required to provide: A Police Record Check - organised by Mercy health Current Working with Children Check.
