As a Registered Nurse, you will collaborate closely with the Nurse Unit Manager, ANUM, Enrolled Nurses, and Health Care Workers to deliver person-centred, holistic care aimed at stabilising and reducing behavioural symptoms in individuals with dementia. The SDCP is a temporary, specialised 9-bed unit focused on providing tailored care that supports clients’ transition to less intensive care settings. This role offers an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people living with dementia through compassionate and evidence-based nursing.
