We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Services Clinic team. This role is ideal for an RN with geriatrics experience who thrives in a collaborative, resident-centered environment. Key Responsibilities Assess and respond to resident needs, including emergency triage and EMS coordination. Support clinic operations by assisting providers, maintaining exam/treatment areas, and ensuring supply readiness. Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and external partners, addressing concerns promptly. Maintain accurate medical tracking (Annual Wellness, PT/INR, and 7-day medication programs) and coordinate with pharmacy services. Collaborate with clinic nurses and leadership to ensure staffing coverage and smooth workflow. Uphold Springmoor’s safety policies, clinical protocols, and quality standards. Qualifications Required: Current RN license in the State of North Carolina. Experience: Minimum 1 year in geriatrics or similar healthcare setting. Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to stay calm in emergencies. Leadership, organizational, and time management abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
