About this role
The Critical Care Unit (CCU) stands as on of the best designed acute care facilities in the state, seamlessly integrating Intensive Care and High-Dependency. With 20 centrally monitored beds, our CCU medical and nursing staff deliver care for patients undergoing major surgeries such as cardiothoracic and robotic procedures, as well as those requiring high level medical care.
About you
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
A commitment to delivering best practice patient care
Well developed organisation and prioritisation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to your continued professional development
An interest in mentoring and educating our up and coming nurses and students
Significant experience in a similar fast paced environment
Post graduate qualifications in critical care nursing will be highly regarded, but not essential.
