Key responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with neurological disorders Monitor and document patients’ vital signs, neurological status, and treatment responses Administer medications and prescribed treatments accurately and safely Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide holistic patient care Educate patients and families on managing neurological conditions and preventing complications About you You are an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse who is passionate about stroke and neurology care. You thrive in a team environment, have excellent communication skills, and are committed to delivering the highest standard of patient care within the Cabrini Mission and Values.
