Andrus on Hudson, a distinguished 197-bed skilled nursing facility in Lower Westchester, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our dynamic nursing team. We are looking for an experienced RN who is enthusiastic, compassionate, and ready to lead in a collaborative environment. What You'll Do As an RN Supervisor, you'll provide high-quality, patient-centered care and lead a team of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing daily nursing operations and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local standards. Providing direct care to both long-term and short-term residents. Administering prescribed medications and treatments, and maintaining accurate records. Leading and mentoring a team of nursing professionals, ensuring consistent care delivery. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans. Educating patients and their families about health management and preventative care. Participating in continuous professional development through training and education opportunities.
