JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Nurse Supervisor (RN) to help lead our clinical and administrative teams in a busy family medicine clinic. This role is perfect for a nurse who enjoys variety in their workload, with a hybrid of patient care and leadership responsibilities. You’ll oversee daily operations, guide staff, provide hands-on clinical support, and help create efficient workflows that ensure safe, patient-centred care.
This role answers directly to and is supported by the Director of Operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, ideally in primary care or family medicine.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical skills in triage, immunization, and minor procedures.
• Knowledge of OHIP billing, EMRs, and clinic operations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to balance patient care with staff leadership and administrative duties.

OTHER DUTIES

• Work closely with management and physicians to align clinical operations with clinic goals.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to ensure uninterrupted daily clinic operations.
