Description Little Flower Manor, a nonprofit long-term care facility in Darby, PA, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to provide leadership, clinical oversight, and support to our nursing team. This role ensures high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and a positive team environment across our skilled nursing units. The RN Supervisor oversees clinical operations during assigned shifts, supports staff, ensures adherence to care standards, and serves as a resource for residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members. This position is ideal for an RN with strong leadership skills and a commitment to resident-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical supervision and leadership to nursing staff. Oversee resident admissions, including initial assessments, documentation review, and coordination with interdisciplinary team members. Manage resident discharges, ensuring accurate documentation, safe transition planning, and communication with residents, families, and external providers. Participate in and support care planning, including reviewing assessments, updating care plans, and ensuring interventions reflect resident needs and regulatory requirements. Ensure delivery of high-quality resident care in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards. Coordinate staffing, assignments, and workflow to maintain adequate coverage. Support, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff performance. Respond to resident and family concerns professionally and promptly. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support care plans and clinical decision-making. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA and DOH/CMS standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote best practices. Requirements Current PA Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or subacute settings. Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and support staff in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
