National Spine & Ortho Surgery Center is seeking a Full-Time Surgery Center RN to join our team of highly trained, caring professionals at our facility in Fort Myers. * Schedule: Monday through Friday (no weekends, holidays, or on-call) * Hours: Days, shift may vary between the hours of 6:00am-3:00pm * Perioperative experience required * ASC specialties: pain management, neuro, ortho, podiatry IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL: * Assist with patient procedures and the implementation of provider care plans. * Float between Pre-op/PACU/OR as needed. * Observe and enforce strict standards of asepsis, environmental cleanliness, and traffic control in the operating room. * Direct unlicensed, assistive personnel of the perioperative team towards safe and competent patient care. REQUIREMENTS: * A valid FL Registered Nurse license, or Compact State license. * Current BLS and ACLS (or able to obtain ACLS within 30 days of employment) * Knowledge of EMR systems and technologies * The capacity to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment, while demonstrating resourcefulness and proactivity. Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will assist with patient procedures and implement provider care plans while floating between Pre-op, PACU, and the OR. They are responsible for enforcing strict asepsis standards and directing the perioperative team to ensure safe patient care.
