Your skills will include the following:

• Currently registered as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Surgical Unit
• Demonstrated computer literacy with email and an electronic patient record system
• Previous experience within a private hospital setting will be well regarded
• Passion for delivering quality patient-centred care
• Ability to manage shift work (including, day & night shifts) over 7 days

Ward 5B is a 32 bedded Private Surgical Ward catering to the local community of the Northern Beaches in Sydney. Specialties include Orthopaedic and Neurosurgery. We support continuing education for all staff through our education department and have clinical nurse educators on the ward. There may also be an opportunity to move into a CNS role for the right candidate.
