Nurses in 6NW, our 32 Bed dynamic progressive care Surgical Stepdown unit, are dedicated professional nurses trained to care for post lung, liver, kidney transplant patients or those patients who have undergone other surgical procedures. The nurses attend multidisciplinary team rounds, caring for all solid organ transplant patients.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level compassionate care for post-lung, liver, and kidney transplant patients in a 32-bed surgical stepdown unit. Participate in multidisciplinary team rounds to coordinate care for solid organ transplant patients.
