Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Gainesville, FL (onsite) Compensation: $29-43/hr + Night & Weekend Differentials + Sign-On Bonus What you’ll do: Deliver safe, patient-centered nursing care following established policies and standards. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure optimal outcomes. Document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately and timely. Administer medications and treatments according to clinical guidelines. Support patient and family education for ongoing care. Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Requirements Minimum 1 year RN experience in settings such as Home Health, LTAC, Skilled Nursing Facility, Outpatient Rehab, or Corrections. Acute Care experience is not required. Active RN license in any U.S. state or approved multi-state RN compact license. Compact license holders must obtain a local license within 60 days of relocation. Education: Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred. Certifications: - BLS (Healthcare Provider) prior to start - NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) within 30 days of start - Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start Benefits Competitive pay, base pay+shift differential for weekends and night shifts. Hourly rates based on experience: $29–$43.20/hr. Night Differential: +$4.25/hr. Weekend Differential: +$3.00/hr. Sign-on bonus: Up to $10,000 (day shifts) / Up to $20,000 (night shifts).
