Full job descriptionKey responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the assigned team.
• Ensuring smooth patient flow and efficient coordination between patients, doctors, nurses, and other departments.
• Supporting the team in handling patient queries, concerns, and service-related issues.
• Coordinating appointments, patient follow-ups, reports, and other operational requirements.
• Preparing and maintaining daily/weekly operational reports and escalating issues to management when required.
• Supporting doctors and clinical teams with smooth workflow and adequate staff coverage.
• Assisting in staff training, orientation, and performance monitoring.
• Providing coverage and operational support during events and other special activities as required.
• Coordinating and following up on the purchasing process, including identifying operational requirements, raising purchase requests, and coordinating with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of required supplies and materials.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in a UAE medical center, clinic, or healthcare facility.
• Previous supervisory/team-lead experience will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of healthcare operations and patient service standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle operational issues independently.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
