JOB OVERVIEW

Tez Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home and community-based care to clients. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing services in accordance with individualized care plans, medical directives, and professional nursing standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing (proof required)
• Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
• CPR certification will be an asset
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to assess, plan, deliver, and monitor individualized client care.
• Prepare comprehensive reports to assess and track clients’ recovery, ensuring timely identification of progress and areas requiring additional support
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and carry out prescribed treatments with a focus on safety and client comfort.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living when required, such as mobility support, hygiene, and nutritional needs.
• Guide and support care team members, ensuring client care is carried out according to established plans and professional standards.
• Identify and report any changes in a client’s health status, escalating concerns to physicians or other healthcare professionals as appropriate.
