Description The Arc Western Montana is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to support adults with developmental disabilities in a medical group home setting. Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Medical Group Home, Missoula What We Offer: Starting Pay: $35.00 per hour Shift Differential: $1 per hour 7pm - 7am Paid training including a comprehensive introduction to working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and Mandt certification Flexible Scheduling: This role offers 12-hour night shifts (7:00pm–7:00am) with Wednesdays and Thursdays off. Nurses may choose a part-time (1–2 shifts/week) or full-time (3 shifts/week) schedule. Requirements What We're Looking For: Current RN license in the State of Montana Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus, but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Must pass background check and drug screening Relatively clear driver record with at least 3 years of driving experience
