JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Mobile Treatment (IMT) team and make a positive impact on the lives of our clients. A Registered Nurse will be key support to the IMT team, which specializes in providing comprehensive services to individuals with complex needs who are frequently impacted in different systems, such as behavioral health, housing, and criminal legal system.
As a Registered Nurse on the IMT team, your primary role will be to deliver health assessments, counseling, psychoeducation, and medication management services to a caseload of participants. You will work within the framework of Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) principles, ensuring that at least 80% of your services are provided in the community. This role requires a strong commitment to ethical and regulatory guidelines while promoting recovery, wellness, and optimal health for our clients.
Our IMT team is a multidisciplinary group, including psychiatric care providers, registered nurses, behavioral health specialists, and peer support staff. Together, we provide a range of services such as crisis intervention, medication-assisted treatment, individual and group therapies, psychosocial rehabilitation, housing support, and linkage to primary medical care. Our ultimate goal is to improve our clients’ quality of life, promote community integration, and enhance their overall well-being while also addressing community safety concerns.
Salary: The salary for this role is $100,940 per year.
Shift Hours: This position is full-time Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Location Address : 2090 Adam Clayton Powell Jr Boulevard, New York, NY 10027. Our office is easily accessible by public transportation.
