POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Saskatoon team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and a minimum of 5 years’ experience administering IVs (no exceptions), along with a keen interest in micronutrient therapy and exceptional interpersonal skills. Under the direction of our Clinical Director, this role involves providing consultations, creating tailored lifestyle plans for clients, administering IV drip infusions and IM injections, and conducting post-treatment follow-ups.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current RN licensed in Saskatchewan , with a minimum of 5 years of related IV experience. No exceptions.
  • Expert in IV starts with a genuine interest in IV therapy and micronutrient supplementation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and team members.
  • Commitment to learning and staying informed about the latest developments in micronutrient therapy.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, to meet the needs of our patients.
  • Autonomous work ethic with the ability to handle multiple tasks and patients efficiently.
  • Experience in patient education and consultation is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the micronutrients used in treatments and educate patients on their benefits.
  • Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess patient needs and goals, with a focus on creating personalized lifestyle plans.
  • Expertly perform IV starts and administer IV drip infusions as well as intramuscular (IM) booster injections.
  • Provide exceptional patient care with excellent communication skills and bedside manner.
  • Work autonomously, under the direction on our Clinic Director, managing patient care from start to finish with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Conduct post-treatment follow-ups to assess patient progress and satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to clinic protocols and health regulations.
