The Maronite Sisters Village is not-for-profit organisation dedicated to the provision of high quality and continuous improvement across 2 residential care services across 2 locations in Inner West Area. The Maronite Sisters continues to inspire the service provided to our residents in a caring, friendly atmosphere, underpinned by our values of Love, Compassion, Justice and Excellence.

• To deliver Medication Administration, Monitor wound care & other residents care needs
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors and other staff of the organisation
• Create and evaluate care plans to improve resident’s care in consultation with residents and their representatives
• To supervise staff in the performance of their duties
• Maintain and update Resident Record & admit or discharge residents
• To assist with daily activities of the Residents
• To maintain up to date knowledge on AN-ACC, accreditation process, new practices, and procedures
• Be able to liaise with third party providers including medical officers, dentists, podiatrist and etc.
• To record all outcomes in the appropriate forms for resident documentation
• To prove leadership ability with commitment to the ongoing development of staff and self
• Have an excellent communication skill and possess high level of documentation.
