We are looking for an experienced RN Practice Nurse who is passionate about patient education and has excellent communication skills.
The Role

Tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Wound care
• Recalls and Reminders
• Triage management
• Immunisations
• Chronic Disease management
• Health Assessments
• Treatment room assistance as required
• Patient education, support and building links to the community
• Stock maintenance and ordering

Qualifications & Experience
Current AHPRA registration.
Current CPR
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Commitment to providing a high level of care.
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Computer literacy- preferably knowledge of practice management software.
Previous experience within General Practice is preferred but not essential.

Pay: $57,235.86 – $105,628.29 per year
