FOX Education is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Trainer and Assessor to join our team. As a leading educational institution, FOX Education provides a diverse range of courses and programs to students across Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating, delivering, and assessing training in various subjects. You will play a vital role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our students, ensuring their success in their chosen fields. Responsibilities Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions in a classroom setting Develop (or learn to) and update training materials and resources Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback Support and mentor students throughout their learning journey Collaborate with other trainers and assessors to continuously improve training delivery Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment outcomes Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards Relevant qualifications in nursing TAE4022 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent or, working towards or, willing to complete as a traineeship or a higher education qualification in adult education Prior experience in delivering training and assessing students or willing to learn Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Dedication to professionalism and continuous improvement Living and working in our beautiful Territory with a dynamic and friendly team and wonderful students.
