JOB SUMMARY

Our client is looking for a compassionate and reliable part-time/casual Registered Nurse to provide quality nursing care in a supportive environment. The RN will work within their scope of practice to assess, plan, and deliver care in accordance with CRNA standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA)
• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
• Current CPR (BLS) certification
• Experience in long-term care, community, or acute settings is an asset
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• CPR Certification (required)
• RN (required)
• Vulnerable Sector check within 6 months (preferred)
• Tb Test within 1 year (preferred)

• Provide direct nursing care and support
• Administer medications and monitor patient status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care provided and report changes in condition
• Promote safety, dignity, and wellness of clients
• Educate clients and families on health-related topics
