Continuing Education Assistance Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN positions available As a Registered Nurse Here With Us, You Will: Obtain and record vital signs for patients as needed throughout their duration in a residential facility. Plans and delivers nursing assessments and interventions related to medication and psychiatric diagnoses of the patient. Completes pre-admission triage and determines the appropriateness of admission as patients begin their journey here with us. Administers medications to patients consistent with medication policies, practices, and standards that align with organizational standards. Documents in the patient’s chart nursing goals, interventions, and clinical outcomes while functioning as an active member of the treatment care planning team. Ensures both patients and employees are protected by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations. Exciting Qualities You May Have: Experience with Behavioral Health Previous work experience in a residential clinical setting Passion for the field of mental/behavioral health Have previously worked with adolescents/young adults or in a youth-focused environment.
