Ø Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
Ø Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Ø Current Criminal Record Check
Ø Working with Children Check.

Ø Conducting accurate comprehensive assessment of patients presenting without appointments to improve outcomes and minimise adverse events
Ø Assess and develop chronic disease management care plans that direct health care interventions and activities by others
Ø Identify and provide comprehensive physical, psychosocial and emotional care for patients
Ø Ensure all patients and visitors are received in a friendly, prompt, and helpful manner, either face to face or over the phone
Ø Provide high level care assessments and advise of implications for the care team
Ø Proactively supporting clients’ independence and social connections while promoting positive health & wellbeing.
Ø Checking, preparing, and administering all medications in accordance with state legislation and organisational policies and procedures
Ø Providing care and support to clients in line with their personalised care plans.
Ø Injections, application, and removal of casts
Ø Diagnostic services including ECG, spirometry, stress tests, urine drug screening, hearing tests.
Ø Communicate the company’s NDIS policies and processes to all employees and is also responsible for communicating risks and responsibilities for NDIS system.
Ø Educate personnel, including support workers and carers, on how to support clients with complex health needs including performing complex health care procedures
Ø Take reasonable care for your own health and safety
Ø Report any incident or hazards to the relevant Manager or Supervisor.
Ø Keep informed of the contents of the NDIS system and apply it to daily work.
Ø Ensure you are not affected by alcohol or drugs, to endanger your own or any other persons’ health and safety.
