Remuneration: $42.50 - $54.62 + 11.5 % Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances

Your part in The Wesley Hospital team
As a Registered Nurse you will be accountable for the provision of safe and holistic care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes.

You’ll deliver exceptional person-centred care by working collaboratively with your multidisciplinary team, applying exceptional communication and customer service skills.

  • Demonstrates application of the principles of clinical and workplace risk management.
  • Applies sound clinical practice which ensures a safe environment and promotes optimal patient health.
  • Effectively exchanges information regarding patient responses to treatment and nursing care.
  • Achieves optimum patient care through effective collaboration with other health professionals and coordination of care.

What makes a difference for us?

  • Must have 2 years or more Emergency Department Experience
  • Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent and AHPRA registration
  • Proven patient-centred focus on safety and quality of care
  • Flexibility to work a varied roster across all shifts
