Description

Looking for a nursing role that actually respects your time? This permanent, four-day-a-week position offers set hours, no weekends, and a genuinely supportive team, a great fit for a nurse who wants stability without sacrificing work-life balance.

About the role

Our client, a warm and well-established GP-owned family clinic, is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is four days a week, Monday to Friday, with no weekends or after-hours work, just steady 8:30am-5:00pm shifts and a great work-life balance.

You'll join a small, close-knit team of three nurses, delivering the full range of primary care nursing and working closely with medical and admin staff who genuinely support one another.

Why you'll love it

  • Competitive pay
  • Free on-site parking
  • Monday to Friday only, no weekends, no after-hours
  • Supportive management that encourages autonomy
  • A genuinely close-knit, GP-owned practice culture
  • The chance to get involved in quality-care initiatives

What you'll bring

  • A valid APC and Vaccinator Certification
  • Solid experience in New Zealand primary care (essential)
  • Smear certification is a bonus, but not essential
  • Great self-management skills and the initiative to work independently within a small team

Please note: Due to the nature of this role, applicants requiring CAP or on an IQN pathway won't be considered. Candidates must have NZ primary care experience and hold a valid APC and Vaccinator Certification.

Ready for a role that fits your life, not the other way around? Apply now - we'd love to hear from you!
