Description No On-Call, Weekends, or Holidays West Georgia Eye Care Centers, an affiliate of Eye Health America, is a growing, multi-specialty ophthalmology practice. Our focus is on excellence in patient care and creating an exceptional customer/patient experience. We are always seeking great people who aren't just searching for a job but looking to make a difference. We are seeking a full-time (4 days/week) RN for our Surgery Center in Columbus, GA. The RN is cross trained to be competent in all areas of the center, including pre-op, post-op, and circulator. *Overtime may be required. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Current, unencumbered FL state or Compact License to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN). Current BLS/ACLS certification. A minimum of two (2) years of medical/surgical experience is preferred. Previous ASC experience in ophthalmology is a plus. Must enjoy a fast paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities
The full-time Registered Nurse will be cross-trained to be competent in all areas of the Surgery Center, including pre-operative, post-operative, and circulator duties. This role operates on a 4 days/week schedule with no on-call, weekends, or holidays expected.
