To work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team utilising professional skills and ability to contribute to client centred care to meet the client’s individual health care needs, with the aim of maintaining and/or improving their health.
To provide nursing assessment, care coordination, evidence based best practice clinical intervention, monitoring, maintenance and education to clients and their carers/families.
