Safety Sensitive Job Summary: Deliver care to patients utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established philosophy. Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes. Effectively interact with patients, families, & visitors while maintaining the standard of professional nursing. Provides physical and psychological support to patients. Qualifications/Requirements: Must be a graduate of a school of nursing with current LPN or RN license by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing. Current BLS Certification. Current TB test. Must pass WRMC Medication/Dosage Calculations Exam and IV Therapy Exam. Maintains annual unit specific competencies and education fair. Adheres to White River Health System's Standard of Behaviors. M-F 630-1500 with call. RN will orientate as a circulating nurse for endoscopy procedures: EGD, COLONOSCOPY, BRONCHOSCOPY, ROBOTIC BRONCHOSCOPY, in both the outpt and inpt setting. Will orientate as endoscopy tech: assist team during procedures, equipment care, endoscope reprocessing. Will orientate as preop and post op nurse: preop assessment with VS, medication reconciliation, and IV start, post op assessment with phase 1 and phase 2 care. We are a VERY, VERY fluid department and follow the patient volume. Some days we are required to start late, finish early, or stay late. You may be short 40hrs but make it up with the oncall and call back, or just simply happy with 32-40hr week. I am VERY flexible with your time as you have to be flexible with the department. We are fast paced and have multiple areas to learn and work. You have the opportunity to find a spot you enjoy be successful. Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in both inpatient and outpatient endoscopy settings. Responsibilities include circulating for procedures, performing pre- and post-operative assessments, and managing endoscope reprocessing.
