You will be an experienced Registered Nurse supporting our clients to live independently at home by providing complex nursing care to meet individual needs, to develop and implement nursing care plans and to assess, review and evaluate consumer care on a regular basis. You will also supervise our Enrolled Nurses and Home Care Workers as required. This role offers: Flexible working hours. Support provided by a dedicated care team. Mobile phone. To thrive in this role, you will have: Previous experience in the home care and / or aged care sectors would be beneficial, but is not essential. Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve. A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management. The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment. You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining: Evidence of Nursing Registration (AHPRA). Current Victorian Drivers Licence. A current Police Record Check and NDIS screening check. Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
