Identify and prioritise the professional development needs of staff. Develop, implement and evaluate learning activities across the organization in collaboration with the Quality Manager and relevant managers. Implement, facilitate and evaluate effective clinical orientation programs for clinical staff new to the environment. Develop and implement, monitor clinical competencies. To be considered for this position you will need to meet the following criteria: Qualified Registered Nurse with current APHRA registration Post graduate qualifications in education & training or working towards Previous experience in clinical education Knowledge of contemporary nursing and evidence based practice Knowledge and experience in leading and managing change Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. Understanding of Subacute educational requirements. You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining: A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
