We Are Hiring Location: Oshkosh, WI Facility: Ascension Mercy Hospital Department: Wound Care Schedule: Days | Part-time What You Will Do Deliver expert nursing care following established healthcare protocols and standards to ensure patient safety. Manage and implement individualized patient care plans to achieve optimal health outcomes. Observe and document patient conditions, facilitating clear communication across the care team. Coordinate interdisciplinary care efforts to ensure seamless and well-integrated patient experiences. Facilitate patient discharge planning by collaborating closely with the healthcare team. What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State. Certification specializing in Wound Care credentialed from the National Alliance of Wound Care and Ostomy (NAWCCB) preferred. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
